Deposits are required for all new colour clients or clients that have previously no-showed their appointment:
  • Deposits are NON_REFUNDABLE but are transferrable to another date (if cancelled with 48 hrs notice).
  • Is applied toward the cost of your service only.
  • Cannot be used as cash towards retail/products or another client.
  • If you do not pay your deposit within 24 HOURS of booking, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you must book a new appointment. 
  • YOU MUST present proof of purchase and give to the reception at checkout. If you forget to inform reception at checkout it will then be applied to your next appointment. NO refunds will be given for deposits. 
  • If you NO SHOW the appointment your deposit is void and it will not be refunded to you. It will go towards the stylists lost wages. 
  • In the extremely RARE circumstance that the deposit does need to be refunded, it must be approved by the owner and a processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
